Optional analytics cookies
- When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics on public information pages only after you accept analytics cookies. Google may receive technical information such as browser and network information and set analytics cookies.
- We do not send form contents, medical conversations, records, result links, or account information to Google Analytics. URL query parameters and previous-page URLs are not sent.
- You can decline or withdraw permission through Cookie settings on information pages. Your consent choice is saved for six months.
What information do we collect?

- Doctors you book appointments with — so they can serve you better
- Labs you request tests from — to receive the order and send results
- Pharmacies you choose — to prepare your prescription
- Your insurance companies — to process claims with your permission
- We never sell your data to any third party — ever

- Strict database-level security policy (Row Level Security)
- Two-factor verification for all access operations
- Regular security audits by independent external parties
- No DoctorTrio employee can access your health data

- The right to permanently delete your account and all data
- The right to withdraw your consent to data sharing at any time
